David-Muir
David Muir (born August 25 1948) is an American journalist as well as anchor and reporter. Muir is best known for World News Tonight. With its animated gestures and dramatic videos of celebrity gossip the show has grown into the most watched newscast in America. Made In America, his Emmy nominated show, is yet another one of his credits. He was the primary anchor substitute for Diane Sawyer's successor Diane Sawyer before taking over ABC World News Tonight. The primetime newscasts for ABC News include Breaking Point: Heroin in America, Flashpoint The Refugee Crisis in America. He's traveled all over the world, report on the news in Gaza Egypt Iran Somalia Japan Peru Ukraine Haiti & the Gulf of Mexico. He's the winner of many Emmy Awards, Edward R. Murrow Awards and honors from Associated Press.
